All OMERA trimming-beading machine models can be equipped with specific motorization according to the kind of machining to be performed and with working units driven by pneumatic-hydraulic, hydraulic and/or brushless electric systems.

RA1200S
Machine developed for the automatic production of middle-sized road signs made of aluminium. The vertical bending and inward flanging is performed by means of an electronically driven working unit like the piece handling. The machine is equipped with NC that enables,
starting from a CAD drawing, to programme and optimize the working parameters on polygonal pieces without using copying cams.

Machine particularly suitable to perform beading operations on round and polygonal cylinders or lock-seaming operations on big silencers for trucks.
R700 SPECIAL
Special machine developed to carry out precision assembly operations with 100 kN capacity and rolling operations to guarantee the clamping of the assembled components. All machine parameters are NC controlled.
