The new F Line Bending Machine is the ideal solution for bending very small diameters and for maximum industrial productivity. The MG machine has the upper roll made of steel and the motorized lower roll made of special urethane material: the curvature with this urethane roll allows very fast bending times.

The motorization aspect is also very important during the pre-bending, in fact it allows us to bring the plate to the center of the rolls with maximum precision and control, without risk of slipping of the metal sheet . We will obtain a pre-bending that will not exceed 1.5 or 2 times the thickness of the sheet.

With the F Line the correct deformation of the sheet is obtained along the whole useful length: a perfectly circular shell ring without any flat part, in a single pass.

MG designs and builds directly this wide range of automated machines, which carry out the whole bending process in one simple step. The precision of processing allows the insertion of our machine in automatic production lines, even very sophisticated.

3 ROLL PLATE BENDING MACHINES

Our line of 3 roll bending machines offers many advantages. They are reliable and tested hydraulic bending machines, with three driving rollers with hydraulic pinching that guarantee a precise and constant drag of the material. Easy to use and precise in the execution of shell rings, it boasts a unique versatility thanks to the exclusive MG planetary geometry.

Reliable and productive, the parallelism of the side rolls is controlled by a torsion bar system that connects both the ends of the side roll, eliminating the disadvantage of delicate and unreliable encoders. The rolls are driven by hydraulic motors and high efficiency planetary gearboxes, coupled directly on the rolls. The MG solution, with rolls assembled on sealed bearings and without secondary components, reduces the dispersions of the applied force generated by the frictions of the various components. It guarantees higher reliability, greater absorption of loads and increases the inclination capacity of the side rolls, resulting versatile in conical bending.

The side rolls move up and down on planetary swing guides: a perfect geometry that eliminates the disadvantages of linear gears. This allows us to have hydraulic pumps with lower flow motors, improving energy savings.

In the GE version both the movement and the rolls parallelism are electronic driven.

In Its GL version, on the other hand, the side rolls move on a linear oblique channel reducing the space between the rolls. The point of contact of the side roll with the sheet metal takes place in a shorter space thanks to a narrower center distance; this allows working with very small diameters reducing further the flat edges. On this model, the parallelism of the rolls is electronic; two proportional electro-valves, two transducers with digital reading and a dedicated electronic control that guarantees precision and repeatability of each roll positioning over time, independent of temperature or any mechanical wearing, ensuring always-maximum precision.

3 ROLL VARIABLE GEOMETRY BENDING MACHINES

The upper roll has a vertical movement and the side rolls move horizontally. Three rolls driven by planetary gearboxes. Permanent lubrication. rolls mounted on high load bearings and double row of rollers. Roller tapering performed with a b-conical shaping to eliminate the deflexion of the rollers during machining. The new variable geometry PH are simple to use, efficient and suitable for processing large thicknesses.

This is the latest evolution in the sector of bending machines. Pyramidal geometry for the realization of large diameters in the best way; versatile and easy to use. All the details of which it is made are selected among the best in the world to guarantee precision, durability and versatility.

4 ROLL PLATE BENDING MACHINES

Our new 4 roll line offers many advantages. It is the easiest hydraulic bending machine to use, thanks to the ability to pinch the plate between the two motorized central rolls, to make the pre-bending at the end, and the bending thru the whole body in a single direction and in one pass. The plate is kept squared without slipping during the pre-bending and bending cycle, thanks to the constant pinching of the central rolls. This makes our 4 roll machine perfectly suited to be controlled by NC or CNC numerical control.

This machine is reliable and effective. The parallelism of the side rolls is controlled by a torsion bar system that connects to both ends of the side roll, eliminating the disadvantage of extra encoders and special hydraulic balancing valves. The two central rolls are driven by hydraulic motors and high efficiency planetary gearboxes coupled directly on the rolls. The MG solution, with rolls assembled on sealed bearings and without secondary components, reduces the dispersions of the applied force generated by the frictions of the various components (typical in synchronization systems used in other bending machines).

SERIES K 4 ROLL PLATE BENDING MACHINES

The new K series

This series, born from the research and experience of MG SRL, represents a NEW concept in the world of bending.
In fact it can be used as a normal 4 roll or as a 3 roll bending machine, with the particularity of having a very reduced pre-bending part compared to traditional bending machines. The already minimal straight part on our machines, of 1.8 times the thickness of the sheet processed, will be even shorter, and this can only be a practical and aesthetic advantage on the final product whatever it is. Not only that, the machine will be a variant of the PH model, with variable geometry.

It is something that has never been achieved so far, that the market will see for the first time. The machine will be equipped with the numerical control Touch Command EVO that, again, as in all the MG models in which it is present, monitors the work of bending process to perfection. With the simple touch of the screen, the sheet parameters are entered and the control generates the program. The system monitors the coordinates that are executed with the utmost accuracy and corrects any errors. On multi-diameter process, the speeds of the interpolated movements are selected completely automatically and are controlled in all conditions in real time.
Thanks to its versatility, EVO allows wireless communication, interconnection, data collection and analysis, as well as the visualization of the desired shape in 3D graphics.

The K series will be a new and unique model, but the MG philosophy will be the same, full reliability in the control of parallelism of the rolls, planetary gearboxes directly coupled on the rolls, with all the machine force concentrated in the bending process.
